Head of Sales & Membership

Salary: £85,000 plus Bonus

Location: North West London (Edgware Road)

Hybrid working

In this pivotal position, you will spearhead sales and membership strategies, lead multi-channel sales teams, drive retention and engagement across a unique membership model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive sales and membership strategies with leadership.
  • Channel Optimisation: Oversee face-to-face and telesales teams to ensure effective member acquisition and conversion.
  • Retention Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to maximise member activation and engagement from day one.
  • Community Engagement: Lead outreach efforts to increase visibility and foster local connections.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor and motivate sales and membership teams to achieve ambitious KPIs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Create a culture of continuous improvement through training, development and performance metrics.
  • Data Analysis: Use insights to refine strategies, recommend initiatives and report on sales engagement and retention.
  • Tech Innovation: Evaluate and integrate marketing technologies to optimise workflows and enhance performance.
  • Brand Consistency: Collaborate with marketing to align customer communications across all channels.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years’ experience in sales or membership management
  • Expertise in managing multi-channel sales teams
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Pipedrive)
  • Data-driven with exceptional decision-making skills
