A new opportunity has arisen for a motivated Head of Sales UK & IRE to join a leading global provider of electrical appliances for businesses.

An established multi-billion turnover business. They specialise in:
- Electrical appliances into industries including hospitality, business, retail etc
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Head of Sales UK & IRE will be responsible for achieving budget targets, managing all sales and commercial activities and leading the sales team with strong guidance and strategy.
- Securing outstanding service levels to all customers and drive the value proposition.
- Owning channel management, pricing, account planning and contract management.
- Coaching and leading a team of direct reports.
- Drive sales activation and opportunities.
- Ensuring the business is a trusted preferred partner for dealers, service partners and designers.
Experience & Skills needed:
- Proven sales management experience, ideally within electrical appliances into the food industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive sales approach.
- Excellent negotiating and relationship building skills.
- Able to lead a team from the front and develop them with strong guidance.
Benefits:
- Basic salary £65k minimum (Negotiable and DOE)
- Bonus- OTE £91k
