Key Account Manager | Haircare
Candidates must be based in London and have a full UK drivers licence
£40k + car allowance + comms
Fantastic opportunity to work for a personal care brand that has an array of cosmetic products, specialising in haircare and skincare. This role will see you play a vital role in helping the business grow their market share and be known as a key player in the haircare market.
This role will report into the Regional Sales Manager and sit as part of a team of 6 and you will own the London region. You will manage the existing salon partners but invest significantly in new business development, opening new markets and highlighting the brand story to grow brand awareness.
The Role
In this role you can expect to:
- Develop and maintain salon partner relationships, working towards your sales budget.
- Prospect new clients and work to convert them to partners.
- Educate partners on the brand and clear convey the brand story.
- Working alongside the Regional Sales Manager to come up with a business plan for your region.
- Report back on the KPIs for your section in weekly and monthly sales meetings.

- Strong business development experience in the Haircare industry.
- Proactive attitude.
- Full, clean drivers licence.
- Strong negotiation skillset.
