Lead Generation Manager (Marketing Insights)Salary: £55,000 - £60,000Location: London - Central - HybridReports to: Head of MarketingIs this your next role?We are looking for an enthusiastic, data-driven and analytical marketer to join a highly successful Investment Management business based in Central London. As Lead Generation Manager you will be part of a new growth engine within the business, gathering data from both internal and external sources and produce insights that will enhance the sales enablement process. Through these insights, you will deliver and present qualified leads to the Investments Managers.As Lead Generation Manager you will help to increase and diversify their client base, initially focussing on four key areas, existing clients, inbound leads, charities and professional intermediaries, to help grow the business in line with strategic goals.Key responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse and interpret collected data from multiple sources to uncover meaningful patterns, trends, and relationships, to produce and present actionable insights to investment managers.
- Work with investment managers to analyse client books, cross-referencing with external sources.
- Develop and manage all incoming leads that are generated through marketing activity (MQLs).
- Conduct market research to identify decision-makers in potential client organizations using various public sources.
- Manage a prospect pipeline in CRM to maintain a steady flow of sales opportunities.
- Nurture leads by gathering insights and building organizational charts to support conversion.
- Create opportunities from leads, events, and partnerships by leveraging Investment Managers' networks.
- Implement a feedback loop to understand reasons for lost business.
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in a Lead Generation or Marketing Insights/Data role
- Data-driven and analytical approach
- Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Python, SQL, etc.) Microsoft Dynamics experience is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to build successful internal relationships
- The ability to identify sources of new business and to nurture leads developed by other areas of the business
- Confident presenter with excellent verbal communication skills
