We are pleased to be working with a global leader in premium spirits, who are focused on expanding its presence with a clear vision, a world-class portfolio of brands, and an inclusive, engaging culture.

Due to phenomenal growth, sales results and continued success, we are recruiting for a National Account Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing relationships with Off Trade Wholesale / Cash & Carry.

Working closely within the Commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring outstanding service to our C&C customers within the channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure brand presence and sales growth.
  • Execute strategic plans to grow market share and maximise profitability across your portfolio.
  • Analyse account performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of promotional activities and events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasting and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within the drinks or general FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of Off Trade Wholesale or Cash and Carry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and confidence with forecasting.
  • Commercial acumen with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
