- Lead all customer negotiations and escalate issues when necessary
- Build and influence key stakeholder relationships to secure optimal brand visibility, promotions, activations, and listings
- Continuously monitor and analyse market trends, competition, pricing, portfolio, online placements, and promotions to develop winning customer plans
- Adapt and course-correct strategies when needed to achieve financial targets
- Manage cost planning and notifications for customer projects and activities
- Forecast and report on customer performance, identify risks and opportunities, and improve forecast accuracy

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail, discounter, and E-commerce channels
- Strong understanding of the UK grocery landscape
