**National Account Manager - Global Beauty Company - London (flexible working)**
We are currently recruiting for a global beauty company which is known for its range of products and sold all around the world. As a company they sell to a range of accounts in grocery, retail, high street, ecommerce and internationally. This is an exciting role where they are looking for someone who can manage the German market which has huge potential and a great chance to grow in the business.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant business account
- Plan, develop and implement an annual Joint Business plan with the customer for each brand and category within the remit
- Identify appropriate NPD opportunities based on customer insights
- Analyse EPOS Sales data and present at internal weekly meetings
- Negotiate promotions, cost prices and launches
- Design and manage a Trade Investment plan to drive sales whilst maximising profitability
- Identify opportunities to increase retail sales, gross sales, optimise processes and increase efficiencies
- Lead, mentor, and develop your direct report
Candidate:
- Previous experience within the beauty or personal care industry would be beneficial but not essential
- MUST be able to speak German
- Experience within national accounts, buying, category management or a similarly commercial role
- Experience managing multiple SKU’s
- Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills
- Great analytical skills
- Strong communicator, with the ability to coordinate across different teams
Package:
- Basic salary up to £55,000 (potentially higher for the right candidate)
- Bonus 10%
