Sales Progressor - Remote Working
Basic £25,000 plus commission £45k OTE
12 Month Maternity Cover
Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
Our client is a market-leading estate agency looking for an experienced sales progressor. They will consider a property negotiator who deals with their own sales progression.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Sales Progressor, your primary duties will include:
- Oversee the entire sales progression process from accepted offer through to completion, ensuring all parties are kept fully informed at all times.
- Maintain files for each sale and complete all necessary administrative tasks.
- Act as the sole point of contact for all parties involved, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.
- Coordinate with conveyancers, solicitors, surveyors, and financial advisors to facilitate the sales process.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Sales Progressor or a Property Negotiator handling sales progression.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to work hard.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
