In the role of Sales Development Representative, you will leverage your experience in the estate agency sector to engage with property professionals throughout the UK. Your first-hand knowledge of their challenges will enable you to present effective solutions that address their needs. As you grow with the company, you will develop an in-depth knowledge of property transactions and have the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative technological setting.

ā¢ Some residential estate agency experience would be beneficial, but is not essentialā¢ Experience within a target driven sales roleā¢ Track record of achieving targets against sales performance metricsā¢ Excellent communication and negotiation skillsā¢ Growth mindset and openness to feedbackā¢ High attention to detailā¢ Adaptable in fast-paced teamsā¢ Proactive problem solverā¢ Curious, with strong critical-thinking skillsā¢ Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)ā¢ Full UK driving licence and own car.
The salary on offer will include a basic of Ā£25,000 to Ā£30,000, plus on target earnings set to be in the region of Ā£35,000 to Ā£40,000, however, commission is uncapped so the sky is the limit! Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. NO WEEKENDS!This is a fully remote position. The occasional day in the office (based in central London) and visiting customers will be required.
