Vacancy: SALES MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Richmond, TW9
Salary: OTE £70k
Position: Permanent – Full Time

If you are, and you are based within reach of the Richmond area, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager with a well-known, established local independent estate agency.
If you are currently a Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager ready to take the next step in your property career, then this is your opportunity!
The ideal candidate for this position will have a comprehensive knowledge of the Estate Agency industry, a great personal track record of successand of winning instructions and the ambition to want to be successful.
You will be assisting in ensuring the Branch hits targets, is profitable, wins new business and retains current clients.

Our Client: Our client is an energetic, market leading independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around Twickenham and Richmond.
Skills required for this Sales Managerrole will include:
- Previous experience in residential Sales / estate agency essential
- Listing and instruction winning experience
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Focused to lead and motivate a team
- Able to win new business
- Full UK driving license required
- Local knowledge of the Richmond area is preferred
