- Proven experience as a Sales Progressor, with a strong track record of managing property sales from start to finish in a high-volume environment.
- Extensive knowledge of the property sales process, including legal and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant property management software and MS Office Suite.
