SALES PROGRESSOR – 3 MONTH CONTRACTCity of London, EC3 High-Volume Property SalesSalary – £45K pro rata Exciting opportunity for an experienced SALES PROGRESSOR to join a fast-paced, high-volume property sales business on a three-month contract. Our client requires an experienced SALES PROGRESSOR(THREE MONTH CONTRACT) who is tenacious, driven, committed and who has a clear understanding of the home moving and contractual process.  This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to make a significant impact within a thriving property sales business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the expertise to hit the ground running, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of property sales
  • Liaise with all stakeholders, including buyers, sellers, estate agents, solicitors, and surveyors, to facilitate the progression of sales.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or delays, maintaining clear communication with all parties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on all sales transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and senior management.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve company targets and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Progressor, with a strong track record of managing property sales from start to finish in a high-volume environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of the property sales process, including legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant property management software and MS Office Suite.
