- Develop comprehensive business plans to manage sales and drive business growth within the region, including creating innovative marketing events.
- Lead and coordinate account strategy by mapping client relationships and leveraging a diverse virtual team
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customers' unique business challenges and recommending how ServiceNow solutions can enhance their IT and business strategies.
- Work closely with internal specialists and support teams to ensure the right resources are engaged at the right time to close deals effectively.
- Maintain a robust pipeline by identifying and qualifying opportunities in your territory.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for existing and potential customers.
- Become a subject matter expert on all ServiceNow products and solutions, including attending relevant classes, certifications, and seminars.
- Regularly engage with customers to understand their business needs and communicate how ServiceNow solutions can address those needs.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' offerings, prices, and sales.
- Prepare sales budgets and reports, maintain sales records, and present to key leadership and stakeholders, including providing biweekly forecasts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling ServiceNow solutions or a competing SaaS product.
- Experience selling solutions within a ServiceNow partner.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business, build relationships, negotiate deals, and maintain strong C-Level relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding FY sales targets.
- Successful experience in evaluating, establishing, and building trusted relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Exceptional client relationship skills and demonstrated experience developing consultative, influential relationships with executives and other key stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to understand and align sales strategies with broader IT and business objectives.
