Opus are supporting one of the longest servicing & renowned Elite ServiceNow partners who are building out their practice in the UK.Primarily based in the US & continuing to thrive resulting in the current build out of their new UK practice under the leadership of a dynamic new VP and Director of Sales with a Practice Lead driving the delivery function for new & exiting clientsWe are on the lookout for an experienced ServiceNow Account Executive to drive growth and success in the UK market on behalf of our client. If you have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, and a knack for building strong client relationships, we want to hear from you!Key responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive business plans to manage sales and drive business growth within the region, including creating innovative marketing events.
  • Lead and coordinate account strategy by mapping client relationships and leveraging a diverse virtual team
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customers' unique business challenges and recommending how ServiceNow solutions can enhance their IT and business strategies.
  • Work closely with internal specialists and support teams to ensure the right resources are engaged at the right time to close deals effectively.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline by identifying and qualifying opportunities in your territory.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses for existing and potential customers.
  • Become a subject matter expert on all ServiceNow products and solutions, including attending relevant classes, certifications, and seminars.
  • Regularly engage with customers to understand their business needs and communicate how ServiceNow solutions can address those needs.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' offerings, prices, and sales.
  • Prepare sales budgets and reports, maintain sales records, and present to key leadership and stakeholders, including providing biweekly forecasts.
Your Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling ServiceNow solutions or a competing SaaS product.
  • Experience selling solutions within a ServiceNow partner.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business, build relationships, negotiate deals, and maintain strong C-Level relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding FY sales targets.
  • Successful experience in evaluating, establishing, and building trusted relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills and demonstrated experience developing consultative, influential relationships with executives and other key stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to understand and align sales strategies with broader IT and business objectives.
