- Varied client relationship management role, leading a team, reporting and strategising
- Supplier growth and management, developing and executing strategies to enhance the quality and breadth of suppliers by proactively sourcing and onboarding new suppliers
- Cultivating strong, lasting relationships with suppliers including negotiating terms of business and addressing any complaints
- Gaining a deep understanding of client needs and translating them into effective strategies to ensure suppliers can fulfil the workload
- Leading, managing, motivating and training the team, ensuring database accuracy and efficient handling of enquiries
- Developing and analysing management information to ensure workflow meets SLAs, identifying trends, providing insights, and driving continuous improvement
- Collaborating with a variety of internal stakeholders and teams
- Working within compliance and industry regulations
- Proven experience managing and nurturing third party relationships, including contract negotiation and supplier relationship management skills

- Proficiency in database management and reporting, experience of MI reporting
