- Performing outbound phone calls to both existing prospect customers, covering new player conversion, upsell, reactivation and prospecting.
- Educating, and explaining product features, Ambassadors, bonuses, and key differentiators of our brands to customers as well as resolving any queries they may have.
- Ensuring high efficiency and quality when handling communication with customers via phone calls and other channels of communication where needed.
- Meeting the individual and team goals and KPIs defined by the leadership.
- Bringing forward suggestions for improvement on current processes, procedures and features.
- Work closely with other teams across Operations and Marketing, such as but not limited to Customer Support, VIP, Brand, Responsible Gambling, CRM to provide key feedback learned from customers.
- Help to create and maintain an effective and positive working environment.
- Flexibility to work during shifts, as required
- Native Turkish speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with customers through different channels, mainly via phone.
- 1+ years’ experience in an outbound sales role with proven experience in sales techniques.
- Passion for sales and converting customers (both existing and prospecting customers).
- Motivated by beating targets and financial rewards.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to quickly learn with a problem-solving mindset.
