We’re looking for a personable, experienced Bartender to join a growing team and help them deliver exceptional guest experiences. If you have a talent for crafting cocktails, a friendly approach, and a commitment to quality, we’d love to hear from you! As Bartender, your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing and serving a range of beverages—both classic and custom cocktails—according to recipes and customer preferences.
  • Ensuring consistent quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
  • Greeting guests warmly and engage with them in a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Taking orders, offering recommendations, and creating a welcoming environment that encourages return visits.
  • Managing stock levels for liquors, mixers, garnishes, and supplies, assisting with restocking and tracking.
  • Reporting inventory needs, shortages, or discrepancies to the Bar Manager.
  • Accurately processing transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Handling cash and credit transactions responsibly, balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised bar area and following all health and safety regulations.
  • Ensuring all bar tools and glassware are sanitised and comply with local laws for age verification and alcohol service.
We’re looking for a Bartender with:
  • Previous bartending experience preferred; mixology training is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of cocktails, wines, beers, and liquors.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
