The RoleMy client within the beauty industry is actively seeking a Salon Host to join them. This role holds a vital position within the company. You are the face of the company, and this is an important role my client is totally committed to training and developing he team. This is an exciting opportunity to join them, a role that will encourage growth and progression. What you’ll do?

To ensure the smooth running of the Salon by directly supporting the Line Manager
To understand the targets set for the Salon and personal KPI’s
To be involved in promoting and overseeing a high level of customer service throughout the team
To ensure that the company health and safety procedures are always maintained, and any updates are implemented immediately if manager is absent
To ensure maximum appointments are booked through diary management
To ensure that each team member is presentable, in accordance with a high-quality Brand Sales Representative standard

Experience wokring in retail or reception role
