Our client is an events agency in London. They are currently looking for add a new member to their team in a dual Accounts Payable / Office Support position.
Accounts Payable Duties
- Managing and monitoring the supplier invoice inbox
- Sorting and processing supplier invoices promptly and accurately
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing ones
- Keeping track of credits owed to the company and ensuring all credits are properly applied to supplier payments
- Supporting the month end payment run
- Processing employee expenses
- Processing and reconciling credit card transactions
- Supporting with ad hoc requests

Office Support
- Facilities Management: Act as the first point of contact for any facilities-related issues, responding to and actioning requests promptly to ensure a well-functioning, and well-presented, office environment. Liaise with contractors as required on an ad hoc basis.
- Supply Management:Handle the ordering, stocking, and management of office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and stored appropriately. This includes kitchen supplies.
- Administrative Support:Assist the team with various ad hoc tasks to facilitate smooth operations across different departments.
- Maintain office calendars and meeting room bookings for C-Suite.
