We are excited to partner with a renowned media and content company in London to find an Accounts Payable Assistant for their central finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills within a vibrant, fast-paced environment, alongside a passionate team.
Responsibilities:
- Process purchase invoices and payment runs
- Post transactions onto SAGE, following finance procedures
- Process expense requests across the business
- Prepare, distribute, and reconcile monthly statements
- Reconcile the external content tracker monthly and raise related sales invoices
- Post monthly journals on SAGE, reallocating costs to content budgets
- Manage Accounts inbox, handling queries professionally and promptly
- Ad-hoc finance and content-based duties
Requirements:
- Analytical and methodical, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, engaging with all levels professionally
- Confident self-starter, adaptable to changing priorities
- Experienced with Google Sheets, Excel, and SAGE Line 200 (or similar)
