Description
- Accurately processing 1000s of invoices and payments within the accounts payable system.
- Managing relationships with well known clients, resolving any invoice disputes in a timely manner.
- Performing regular reconciliations of supplier statements.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Ensuring all financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of systems for increasing efficiency and accuracy.
- Contributing to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality with all financial data.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:
- 5+ years in similar Finance positions
- Previous experience dealing with high volume of invoices
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, by email, phone and Teams
- Understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary range between £31,500 and £35,000 per annum.
