Description
Accounts payable role-
- Manage and process all accounts payable transactions
- Conduct reconciliations of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts
- Ensure timely payment of invoices in accordance with company policies
- Improve and maintain financial procedures and systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies
- Assist in end audits and monthly closing activities
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion
