About the Role:A leading publishing company is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for an immediate start. This is a temporary role for 4-6 months, ideal for professionals with accounts payable experience who are looking for flexibility and the opportunity to work with a renowned brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage payment runs, supplier reconciliations, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Support month-end processes related to accounts payable.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
About You:
- Immediate availability is essential.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
