- Manage and process invoices accurately and on time
- Perform regular payment runs
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Resolve any invoice queries promptly
- Assist in month-end closing
- Maintain accurate records and prepare report
- Participate in regular team meetings
Profile
- An interest or educational background in finance
- Proficiency in an accounting software
- Excellent numerical skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
