Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Healthcare provider in Central London to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant to their busy team. The role is offered on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave in the team, the company offers great benefits including learning and development opportunities as the company continues to grow, hybrid working and much more!
Duties:
- Supporting the AP manager with full end-to-end AP processes
- Responsible for processing invoices with accuracy and appropriate authorisation checks
- Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and delegating as needed
- Liaising with internal and external suppliers and stakeholders
Experience:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a Accounts Payable role
- Able to work across multiple systems (including Excel) and pick up new processes quickly
- Healthcare experience (desirable)
