Robertson Bell are excited to partner with a well-known charity, to recruit a Finance Officer on a six-month fixed-term-contract. In this role you will be managing a high volume of invoices whilst also supporting payment runs and audit requirements!

In this Accounts Payable Officer position, you will:

  • Support the team in a fast-paced environment, processing up to 90 invoices a day.
  • Use excellent communication skills to manage a high volume of queries.
  • Help the team prepare and complete payment runs.
  • Understand audit requirements, being able to assist in related duties.

Based in Central London, the successful candidate will enjoy a great working culture, in addition to hybrid working arrangements requiring two days in the office. Furthermore, this role boasts flexible hours, aiding any candidate in achieving a brilliant work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong accounts payable experience, being able to adapt to a variety of different responsibilities.
  • High level of Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s.
  • Preferably, have experience within the charity or wider not-for-profit sector.
  • The skill to be able to prioritise within a fast-paced environment.
