Description

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the broader finance team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and reconciling invoices with purchase orders and expense claims.
  • Managing payment runs and ensuring timely supplier payments.
  • Responding to supplier and internal queries promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting in month-end close processes, including reconciliations.
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives and compliance with internal controls.
