Description
The key responsibilities of this Accounts Payable Specialist will be:
- Manage and process invoices and payments
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Prepare analysis of accounts
- Maintain vendor files and correspondence with vendors
- Assist in month-end closing
- Prepare reports detailing accounts payables status
Profile
The successful Accounts Payable Specialist should have:
- Strong experience in a similar accountancy role
- Proficiency in SUN systems (preferred)
- Previous experience working in hospitality (preferred)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
