Description

Accounts Payable:
  • Accurately process and code purchase orders and invoices in the system, ensuring timely payments to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Execute supplier payments with precision, safeguarding the firm's financial integrity.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships by addressing queries promptly and fostering trust.
  • Uphold and enhance procurement controls to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with internal procurement teams to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
  • Conduct aged creditor analysis to provide insights into payment cycles and financial planning.
  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Process employee expenses diligently, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Cash Management:
  • Perform weekly bank reconciliations to maintain accurate cash flow tracking.
  • Post cash entries into the accounting system with precision, ensuring financial data integrity.
  • Monitor cash balances to support informed decision-making and operational readiness.
Reporting:
  • Generate clear, detailed reports for Management, providing actionable insights into accounts payable and cash management activities.
Ad Hoc Work:
  • Support and collaborate with team members, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the Finance function.

The Skills

Academic Requirements
