Kicking the New Year off with an exciting new role in Accounts Receivable. Reporting to the Finance Manager working in a dynamic, small highly driven team and liaising with Project Managers across this construction group based in Central London. You will be responsible for:-
Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Assistant:-
- Liaising with Project Managers across the Group to investigate any discrepancies in the invoicing
- Allocating payments against remittance, this is high volume and requires a lot of attention to detail
- If no remittance sent working out which invoices are being paid before allocating
- Assisting with month end reconciliations
- Liaising with the Project Managers with regards to outstanding invoices
Requirements of the Accounts Receivable Role:-
- First rate attention to detail
- Strong data input skills
- Ability to question payments and investigate any discrepancies
- Minimum of 2 years in a sales ledger/AR role
