Description
Accounts Receivable and Order to Cash Lead:
Oversee all aspects of the billing process, including order management, invoicing, and collections
- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure accuracy of orders and invoices
- Manage customer queries and disputes relating to invoicing and payment
- Work towards continual improvement of the Order to Cash process
- Prepare regular reports on account status
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Mentor and train junior team members
Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable and Order to Cash Lead should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in an accounts receivable role within the FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures and order management systems
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work well in a team and guide junior staff
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- MUST HAVE FMCG OR RETAIL EXPERIENCE
- MUST HAVE EXCEL EXPERIENCE (WILL BE A TEST)
