Accounts Receivable Assistant

Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with a London based University who are seeking an experienced AR Assistant to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Billing tuition fees
  • Set up annual fee bands and update student fee records
  • Ensure school fees are paid to agreed deadlines
  • Assist year end accounts by providing analysis of tuition fee income
  • Produce invoices & credit notes for other income
  • Reconciliations
  • Produce monthly sales ledger analysis, including aged debtor report
  • Manage the collection of all outstanding debts
  • Manage customer queries

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail essential to ensure accuracy of payments.
  • 2 years experience working in a similar role
  • Strong numeracy, admin, organisational and time management skills.Good standard of written and spoken English.
  • Experience working in Higher Education would be desirable for this role

Salary + other information:

  • £30,000 - £35,000
  • Hybrid working arrangement, 2/3 days in office
