Robertson Bell are excited to partner with a large public sector organisation based out of South West London! In this role you will be overseeing multiple sales ledger duties, displaying an expertise in numerous areas!

In this Accounts Receivable Assistant position, you will:

  • Manage the refunds portal, making sure that all refunds are diligently investigated.
  • Liaising with external points of contact such as banks and internal stakeholders.
  • Delve into the analytical side of finance, looking through large data sets via Excel.
  • Manage a shared inbox, dealing with supplier queries that come in.
  • Tackle large scale financial projects, having your opinion valued within different procedure streamlining processes.

Based in South West London, the successful candidate will enjoy a great working culture, in addition to working arrangements requiring five days in the office. Furthermore, this role boasts flexible hours and a generous pension contribution.  

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong accounts receivable experience, being able to adapt to a variety of different responsibilities.
  • Ideally have experience within managing refunds.
  • High level of Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s.
  • The skill to be able to prioritise within a fast-paced environment.
