We are seeking an Accounts Receivable team member to join our Accounting & Finance department at a leading housing association.

Description

  • Processing invoices and payments accurately and within expected time periods.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all Accounts Receivable transactions.
  • Resolving billing issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Liaising with clients to ensure payments are made on time.
  • Assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Participating in financial audits and implementing recommended changes.
  • Complying with local and federal accounting regulations.
  • Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance team to improve financial processes.

Profile

A successful Accounts Receivable should have:

  • A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of the Accounting & Finance team.
