An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable Clerk with SAP experience to join a thriving company The role is based in London for three days with the other two days from home and offers a competitive salary of £38,000 plus excellent benefits. You’ll be managing the Sales Ledger function, ensuring the timely recording and reconciliation of sales, and interacting with customers professionally. Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute accurate sales invoices and backup paperwork to customers, meeting deadlines.
- Reconcile customer remittances to invoices, raising queries when discrepancies arise.
- Ensure timely data entry of sales invoices into the accounting system, in line with month-end deadlines.
- Resolve invoice-related queries, liaising with internal teams and customers.
- Review the aged debtor report and provide weekly updates on outstanding balances.
What Experience is Required
- Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance role.
- Experience with SAP 1 is essential.
- AAT qualified is desirable.
Salary & Benefits

The role is hybrid with three days based in London and two days from home.
