Seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a Property & Real Estate Company for a 6 month FTC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive finance support for the global property and real estate portfolio. Your main responsibilities will include billing, credit control, cash allocation, and resolving issues raised by stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for monthly debt reporting to the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients for property and real estate services rendered
  • Monitor and manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments
  • Allocate cash receipts to customer accounts and reconcile any discrepancies
  • Investigate and resolve any billing or payment issues raised by stakeholders, providing excellent customer service
  • Prepare and present monthly debt reports to the business, highlighting any areas of concern or improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as property management and leasing, to ensure accurate and up-to-date billing information
  • Maintain accurate and organised records of all accounts receivable transactions
  • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices related to accounts receivable processes

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Experience using financial software such as Workday and MRI (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and understanding of accounts receivable processes
