We are currently seeking a proactive and adaptable Junior Sales Ledger Clerk to support our Senior Credit Controller. This role is perfect for someone who is ready to handle responsibilities in a dynamic environment and contribute to our financial operations.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Process cash receipts accurately onto the accounts system.
  • Address and resolve cash allocation queries efficiently.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting to ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain necessary remittances.
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as required to support the finance team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive and flexible approach to tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships internally and externally.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel.
