Robertson Bell are excited to announce their partnership with this meaningful Christian charity as they go to market for an Accounts Receivable Officer on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Director of Finance, you will demonstrate your extensive accounts receivable experience by taking full responsibility for all relevant processes and play a critical role in the establishment of efficiencies across the function.

The key duties of this Accounts Receivable Officer role are as follows:

  • Full responsibility for ensuring that all direct debits are sent out, making sure to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Showing compassion whilst chasing payments from residents.
  • Making sure to undertake cashbook allocations in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Be a key point of contact for queries and reach out to external suppliers to obtain quotes when required, including local councils.
  • Actively partaking in daily team and company prayer times and leading on occasion.

Based in Central London, this role is for a well-established, dynamic faith-based organisation and offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who has some experience in a transactional finance role, looking to make their mark on a great organisation. This role will require two days of office attendance per week.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong accounts receivable experience or strong theoretical knowledge in this area.
  • A professional demeanour and the ability to work in a team environment.
