Summary:

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will work closely with our client's finance team, vendors, and clients, handling tasks such as chasing and matching invoices, preparing purchase orders (POs), and assisting with client billing.

Must Haves:

  • Previous experience in a finance, accounts payable, or administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Confident communicator with a professional approach to liaising with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience with invoice processing and billing
  • Experience within Facilities Management FM industry
