Finance Administrator

Hours: Mon-Fri, full time

Location: EC4

Salary: £24,000 - £32,000 DOE

Our client is an accountancy practice based in London who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team.

The Role - Finance Administrator

Providing administration and finance support to the business to enable the smooth running of day-to-day tasks. Working closely with and assisting the Practice and Finance Manager.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Finance Duties:
  • Sales ledger - processing invoices to clients
  • Purchase ledger - processing invoices from suppliers and making payments
  • Daily bank reconciliations.
  • Barclaycard Monthly Statements - obtain receipts and information from partners
  • Assisting in the preparation of quarterly VAT Returns.
  • Assisting with monthly management reporting; Fees billed, WIP and Debtor reports
  • Managing Client Accounts; making payments as requested and monthly bank reconciliations and reporting.
  • Allocation of rechargeable expenses
AdminDuties:
  • In charge for maintaining CCH (time recording) system.
  • Creating and maintaining new client and employee records.
  • Processing of staff timesheets.
  • Troubleshooting
  • Run monthly reports for management reporting and other adhoc reports
  • Fee Protection service administration (season task)
  • Reception Cover
  • Taking care of administrative tasks such as post, correspondence, scanning and printing
  • Booking of couriers, boardrooms etc
  • Catering tasks; teas/coffees, lunches
