Ruby Group are looking for a Finance Administrator to join a fast-growing IT/Tech company that recently secured funding to further expand. Currently employing over 1000 people. Reporting into the Finance Manager your responsibilities will be.

To assist with the production of monthly management accounts, maintain and reconcile the Accounts Payable, processing weekly payment runs. Raising sales ledger invoices, monitoring debtor’s days, allocating cash. Maintain and reconcile the general Ledger. Vat Returns, month end accounts. Preparing external payroll data for collaboration with external accountants. Lead weekly Payment meeting with the CFO. Review and Streamline financial processes.

The ideal applicant will have a relevant degree, be working toward becoming a fully qualified accountant in either ACCA/CIMA. You must have a minimum of three year’s experience gained whilst working in finance operations. You must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work to weekly and monthly deadlines. Experience of NetSuite is Advantageous. This is an exciting time to join our client. They offer excellent working environment + study support.
