Hugely varied role that gives you the opportunity to work with the latest technology/gadgets and whilst a full-time role, their quieter periods in the year coincide with the Summer/Winter school holidays, so there is a possibility to work reduced hours across August, December & January.

The Role: The Finance Administrator role is central to the business and encompasses a wide array of responsibilities and exposure. Your core focus centres around payment from customers and to suppliers, but you will also get that involvement in query handling, logistics and communications with responsibilities including:
- Payments: Raising & sending invoices, credit control, making payments & allocating banking
- Query Resolution: Answering accounts queries, agreeing processes for lost/damaged items
- Logistics Co-Ordination (During busy periods/in absence of the Logistics Co-ordinator): Ensure that client collections & deliveries are successful, confirm details with clients & take payments, manage relationships with the landlord & maintenance companies, including security, cleaning, telephone line & insurance suppliers whilst also completing transport paperwork
- Communications: Send out customer feedback forms/surveys, support proposals & presentations, support internal communications programmes + training, town-hall meetings & Policy roll-outs
Skills / Experience Required: For this Finance Administrator role you must have proven administrative experience, ideally within finance, invoicing, credit control etc, but vitally you must be a strong communicator with customer contact experience, well organised & a team player with the ability to adapt.
Additional Information: Salary for the Finance Administrator role is to £37,000 + pension + that main school holiday hours flex. As mentioned, the preference is for a full-time employee but there is that option to be flexible on hours during those periods and naturally in that case, your salary would be pro-rata’d.
