An exceptional school we are recruiting for is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Finance Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the financial operations of this vibrant school community.

Key Responsibilities:* Maintaining accurate financial records and managing the school's financial systems, including budgeting and reporting.* Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations in a timely manner.* Supporting the preparation of financial reports for senior leadership and governors.* Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.* Monitoring school budgets and providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.* Liaising with suppliers, parents, and staff regarding queries.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:* Previous experience working in an educational setting is required.* Must be familiar with SIMS/FMS (school MIS).* Basic understanding of compliance procedures.* Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.* A proactive and flexible approach to work with a commitment to upholding the values of the school.The school is characterised by a supportive and inclusive environment where staff and students thrive.
