Global Accounting Network are currently partnered with a luxury hospitality company who are looking for an accounts payable specialist to join their team on an interim basis.
As an Accounts Payable Specialist you will be reporting into the Management Accountant and support the business delivering a high volume of invoices. This is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate looking to utilise their experience in a strong team and further their industry experience within hospitality.
- Processing high volume of invoices
- Prepare weekly payment run for approval and payment
- Performing weekly bank reconciliations across multiple banking platforms
- Enter all purchase invoices on the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain files for Purchase invoices, bank statements, sales invoices, and VAT returns
- Support with month end duties where necessary
- Proven work experience in Accounts Payable
- Use of Sun accounting software
- Experience in hospitality industry
- Experience in a high-volume transactional environment
