Robertson Bell are supporting our client to recruit an Interim Senior Accounts Payable Officer on an initial six-month contract. The head office is based in London, offering on a hybrid working pattern.
The Interim Senior Accounts Payable Officer’s key responsibilities will include:
- Processing a high volume of invoices.
- Maintaining the Accounts Payable inbox and answering all queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Reconciling the credit cards, supplier statements and petty cash.
The Interim Senior Accounts Payable Officer will have:
- Experience working in an Accounts Payable department, with a solid understanding of the invoicing cycle.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – being able to answer queries effectively and efficiently.
- Experience using numerous ERP systems and strong Excel skills, with the ability to use VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and basic formulas.
