Ambition are supporting a well established law firm, with their recruitment for an experienced Legal Cashier to join their busy finance team on a 12 month FTC. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider finance team in managing the firms monetary transactions, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day transactions and updating the firm's financial records.
- Preparing bank reconciliations and handling petty cash.
- Processing client and office accounting transactions.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closure procedures.
- Using Elite 3E software for financial management and reporting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Cashier.
- Proficiency in using Elite 3E software.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Solicitors' Accounts Rules (SAR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
