If you have at least two year's experience in a Finance Assistant or Legal Cashiering role in a legal firm, this could be a great move for you. We are working with a highly regarded firm who truly value their people and enjoy a friendly and collaborative environment. The team is working on a hybrid basis with three days a week in the office.

What you will do:

  • Allocation of client and office receipts.
  • Processing transfers
  • Daily banking.
  • Processing and paying Counsel fee notes
  • Posting of Land Registry, Court fees, Companies House online portal invoices.
  • Monitoring team inbox

What you will need:

  • At least two years' experience in a similar role within a legal firm
  • A self-motivated and organised approach to your work
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships
  • A willingness to "pitch in" and help out wherever is needed
