DutiesPosting client/office account receipts and payments, client to office transfers.Processing CHAPS and BACS payments using the firms banking softwarePosting counsel fees and other disbursement to the ledgers.Posting and paying supplier invoices through the purchase ledgerBank reconciliationsPosting credit card and expense claimsPetty cashAd hoc duties

Personal SpecificationPrevious experience of working in a law firm as a Legal CashierGood knowledge of SARsStrong numeracy and an eye for detailAbility to work effectively within a team as well as independently, especially when working from home.Able to work under pressureApproachable and enthusiasticExcellent written and communication skillsPlease note the hours of work are 9am-5.30pm and the role is 2-3 days in the office until after probation when the role will be more from home.
