An exciting role for an ambitious and motivated Purchase ledger Clerk to work for an entrepreneurial business in the music industry.

The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years accounts payable experience with a creative industry within a multinational company. This role has a hybrid work pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.

Key responsibilities:

  • Experience in Buying, Vendor, and Invoice management.
  • Manage the full invoicing process, including reviewing invoices, the invoice approval flow, and communicating with key internal & external partners.
  • Create purchase orders and communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding purchase orders.
  • Act as the main point of contact internally and externally for all invoicing & payment queries.

The successful candies will have the ability to work well independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision. Furthermore, the ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment is a must.
