Purchase Ledger Clerk

This local organisation has built itself from the ground up with the help of their committed staff who just want to succeed, they now need a committed Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their successful accounts team.
Some of your duties will include:
- Ensuring that supplier accounts are managed efficiently and payment deadlines are met
- Matching invoices with delivery notes and inputting invoices onto the purchase ledger system
- Reconciling supplier statements and investigating any anomalies that occur
- Processing weekly supplier payments by cheque and BACs system and managing any payment queries that arise
- Calculating VAT payments processed and preparing management reports detailing VAT to be claimed back
- Reconciling supplier accounts, assisting with month end process and preparing creditor reports
