Robertson Bell are excited to partner with this not-for-profit organisation to recruit a Purchase Ledger Officer. In this role you will be working a vast variety of responsibilities within accounts payable, including processing a high volume of invoices, issuing purchase orders and making payment runs.

In this Purchase Ledger Officer position, you will be:

  • Managing and leading the purchase order to payment process.
  • Processing a high volume of invoices, making sure that all work is done efficiently, in tune with this fast-paced work environment.
  • Interacting with a wide range of different stakeholders including directors, supplier and the board.
  • Managing supplier related duties such as the general inbox and any questions or queries that arise.

Based in East London, the successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid working model of going into the office three days per week, aiding any candidate in that ideal work/life balance. This Purchase Ledger Officer will join a warm and welcoming team that are driven in their mission to help the organisation grow and thrive.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong accounts payable experience, and a willingness to manage numerous different responsibilities by themselves.
  • Experience working with a purchase order to payment/procurement process.
  • The skill to prioritise within a fast-paced environment.
  • Have an urge to progress and advance their capabilities within a finance role.
