An award-winning consumer goods brand is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Reporting and Analysis, including maintaining and managing Confidential Invoice Discounting processes, as well as analysing trends and providing insights and advice to improve processes
- Completing daily invoicing processes for the UK and EU legal entities
- Monitoring, reconciling and managing the accounts receivable ledger
- Assessing new and existing customers' creditworthiness using financial analysis
- Reviewing credit policies and procedures to mitigate risk and improve cash flow
- Proactively contacting customers to follow up on outstanding invoices
- Working closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer disputes
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, addressing, and resolving any accounts receivable issues
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
This role requires somebody with a minimum 3-5 years' experience working in a complex Accounts Receivables role within the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills as well as the ability to be able to handle high volumes of transactions.
